About the role This newly created position sits within the regional Total Rewards Center of Excellence and reports to the Director of Total Rewards, APAC. The role is designed to support both strategic and operational aspects of compensation and benefits across multiple markets. It involves leading initiatives such as job levelling, incentive scheme reviews, salary benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles. The successful candidate will also contribute to workforce planning, budgeting, and regional transformation projects, working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders. Support workforce planning, budgeting, and regional transformation projects. Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders across APAC markets. Qualifications 8–10 years of solid Total Rewards experience, with exposure to consulting and in‐house environments. Strong grasp of compensation strategy, benefits design, and payroll fundamentals. Analytical mindset and project‐management skills. Stakeholder‐management capabilities to influence across functions and geographies. Experience in regional roles and familiarity with market trends in compensation and benefits.
