**The Position**

As a member of the Global Total Rewards Team, you will analyze/interpret data, optimize benefits plans and deliver compensation programs and policies that support the health, well-being and financial security of our founders (employees). You will create an impact across your region, specifically APJ, while growing your expertise in a collaborative global and regional HR team.

As a Total Rewards analyst, you must be adept at analyzing data and developing compelling insights to support decision-making and solutions formulation. You understand the regulatory environment and can support your regional leader with ensuring our plans are compliant with local labor laws, company policies and governance standards. You enjoy engaging with HR colleagues within your region, offering guidance and advice on compensation and benefits related topics. You are effective at managing both internal and external stakeholders as we collaborate to adopt new ways of working and improve our compensation and benefits policies, programs and processes.

**Requirements**:
A Day in the Life of Total Rewards Analyst - your typical day involves:

- Analyze local benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Engage with stakeholders to review benefits utilization trends, provide insights and recommend solutions.
- Provide clear expectations for our brokers for group insurance renewals/negotiations processes.
- Optimize our partnerships to meet business and founder needs by fostering strong and effective relationships with external benefits vendors.
- Collaborate with global HR team (e.g., Total Rewards, HR Business Partners) to align regional practices with broader enterprise strategies and governance guidelines.
- Educate internal stakeholders of the global compensation and benefits governance, policies, programs and processes.
- Support compensation processes that align with our global compensation framework, such as job evaluations and new hire offers etc.

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in a global business environment as a compensation and benefits professional supporting multiple countries.
- Strong ability to leverage and analyze data to develop compensation and benefits solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attitude for continuous improvements in an ever-changing business environment.
- High proficiency in managing external vendors is preferred.
