**Responsibilities**:

- Key contributor to ICON Total Reward strategy through effective support; design and development of international reward information relating to fixed and variable pay.
- Partners with Global Reward Program leader to deliver annual performance & reward review process; including plan design, configuration, reporting & communications working with key senior internal stakeholders.
- Creates and enhances information and metrics to enable effective reward policy design and recommendations across multiple business services lines across international markets
- Supports participation in international salary surveys & industry forums/networks
- Creates salary range information for multiple markets aligned to the pay principles which underpin the ICON to all Reward Philosophy.
- Actively seeks opportunities to continuously improve information quality and effectiveness
- Creates metrics/dashboard to illustrate effectiveness of evolving reward practices and policies
- Leverages existing technology to maximize information value & communication
- Partner with existing and prospective external providers to deliver best in class information & communication solutions
- Support internal HR partners including HR Service Centre, TA & HRM teams through effective communication & education

**Expectation**:

- **Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Reward/Compensation Analyst with a solid understanding of reward practices**:

- **Should have experience in Compensation analysis, Compensation planning, Compensation benchmarking, Survey Submission & Job evaluation.**:

- **Knowledge of advanced excel**:

- **Good in analytical skills & have an eye for detail**:

- **Knowledge in PowerPoint presentation.**

Pay: From $62,148.30 per year
