Regional Performance Analyst

Reporting to
Regional Account Director and Matrix reporting to Regional Operations Director & Sub Regional Account Directors.

Key stakeholders
Client leadership including FM & Workplace, Transactions & Leasing, Finance & Procurement. JLL Executive leadership.

**What this job involves**:
At Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), we are going through the journey of becoming a more data-driven organization, to improve the productivity, cost, efficiency, and performance of our business portfolio.

Supports data governance needs for Client Account programs in the region.
Represent data governance solutions for service delivery-related programs in the region.
Manage the implementation of Data Quality programs for regional Clients/Accounts and Business Lines (Client/account facing coordination, requirements gathering of data quality rules, UAT...).
Collaborates with regional business intelligence and technology analysts to implement data governance best practices during the rollout of new BI/Technology projects.

Performance objectives
Translate client business objectives into an information management and business intelligence strategy for each service line which is integrated and consistent at the account management level.
Deep understanding of contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements and client expectations.
Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the client’s account to emerging practices in the model, the industry, and the BI/data fields.
Devise and promote creative data visualization. Alignment to JLL and Client Platform and Shared Service Model Initiatives.
Own the responsibility to standardize & improve the way the data collection, aggregation & reporting is done.

**Education and experience**: Must have 5+ years of experience in data domains such as Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Management, Enterprise Information Management, Data Modelling, and Data Quality Management. Must have intermediate expertise in MS Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. Must have foundational exposure to Data Concepts, i.e. Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, MIS, Library Science, or Computer Science; advanced degree preferred.
