We are looking for a Junior Business Performance Analyst to join our finance team and support the Cost Controller in tracking and analyzing operational performance across our food manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is keen to grow in a dynamic, data-driven environment and gain hands-on experience in cost and performance analysis within the FMCG/F&B sector in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Cost Controller in tracking and analyzing production costs, including raw materials, packaging, labour, and overheads.
- Assist in preparing cost variance analysis reports (standard vs. actual), highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as yield, production efficiency, wastage, and machine downtime.
- Compile and maintain accurate cost data to support pricing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Support inventory movement analysis, including raw material usage and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accuracy of data and reports.
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports using Excel and/or Power BI for performance monitoring.
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit preparations related to cost and inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or business analyst role; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and numerical ability with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable handling data.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
