Senior Executive, Rewards

HR Rewards Team designs and executes programs and policies that supports the organisation to build a high performing and thriving workforce. In addition, the team works closely with the HR Business Partners to provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on rewarding and retaining talents.
The key areas of responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Involve in design, development and implementation of all Compensation & Benefits programmes
- Conduct diagnostic analytics to identify trends impacting HR and Business outcomes
- Participate and conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews and undertake research on HR compensation and benefits trends and best practices
- Support in the annual performance management, salary review and promotion process to ensure smooth execution across the organization
- Actively participate in Rewards projects and benefits policy review
- Analyse current Rewards processes and make recommendations for process & system transformation through automation and enhancement of systems
- Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day execution in the compensation and benefit operations
