The team partners closely with the Global Total Rewards function to localize and implement global strategies at the regional and country levels. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards – Advisory Services APAC, this role will support the design, development, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards policies and programs across the region. What You\'ll Do Lead Variable Pay initiatives and support the execution of core rewards programs, including annual compensation reviews, global job architecture alignment, salary range updates, market survey participation, benchmarking activities, benefits programs etc. Collaborate with key stakeholders and partner closely with global, regional, and country-level Rewards and People teams to manage and deliver Total Rewards projects. May be assigned project lead responsibilities for specific initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement, harmonization, and optimization of Total Rewards policies, frameworks, processes, and practices. What You\'ll Need 5–7 years of experience in a broad-based Total Rewards role within a multinational organization. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; adaptable, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly and effectively. Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Basic proficiency in AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance data analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
