Head of Operations

**Responsibilities: -**

**Compliance**
- Analyse internal operational systems to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and works standards
- Create, modify, update and implement the work methodology and procedure
- Develop risk management strategies and managing company’s workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements
- Design control systems to address cases of violation of operational direction
- Planning and arranging training programs for staff to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure operation department is in line with company’s policies
- Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g.: MOM)
- Advise and report to the executive management on operational related matter, risks and any other policy development
- Oversee the implementation of smart technology for the entire organisation
- Assist in ISO audit and implementation

**Contract Management**
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy
- Participating, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing all contractual correspondence and documentation as well as maintain contractual records and documentations control of all contract correspondence including subcontractors’ correspondences and reports
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Oversee the implementation operation protocol throughout the organization
- Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the understanding and identification contractual requirements
- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential contractual implications arising therefrom
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Monitoring, ensuring and motivate team to achieve productivity and stability throughout all contracts
- Ensuring, monitoring and checking of all project monthly report submission requirements for billing
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to executive management

**Requirements: -**
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role in cleaning industries
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance and Business Development
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Good with Contract and SOP
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Well verse in cleaning works methodology
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Analytical mind
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Degree or diploma in relevant field

**Salary will be remunerated based on experience.**

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
