-Family Group: AncillaryTo perform service assistance to patients in the area of Department of Diagnostic Radiology (DDR) which includes but is not limited to registrations, collection of payments, scheduling of appointments and other administrative duties.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**(A) SPECIFIC**
- Receives and greets patients who come for diagnostic radiological examinations.
- Registers patients manually or electronically into the SAP and RIS.
- Prints out patients identification labels and bills patients accordingly.
- Schedule appointment for inpatients and outpatients.
- Receives and sorts out request forms from the wards/appointment cases.
- Assists in advising and directing patients who require financial assistance and counselling.
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas and immediate spot cleaning when cleaners are not available at hand.
- Ensures that request forms are duly completed with complete information such as patient's particulars, doctor's signatures etc.
- Prepares and summarizes the dally cash collection before handling over to the CISCO agency for banking.
- Responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of stationery requirements and topping up of brochures in all waiting areas.

**(B) GENERAL**
- To attend to telephone calls, fax and other enquiries
- To participate in corporate events whenever necessary
- To undertake any other duties as directed by the radiographers and department nurses
- Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**
- Completed 'O'/N' Level Certificate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of computer
- Those with ITE certificates and knowledge in MS Words and MS Excel will be an advantage
- Relevant work experience preferred
