Keen to provide quality customer service to patients and support services at various service touch points in a polyclinic? As the polyclinic's service ambassador, you will help patients navigate through our healthcare systems by attending to their queries, resolve their challenges, promote and educate health services/programmes. You will provide prompt and excellent frontline services to patients including patients' registration, handling patients' enquiries, appointment scheduling and collection of payments in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for passionate individuals who are keen on bringing a smile to our patients. Responsibilities Assist patients at registration and front desk, handling enquiries and directing them to the appropriate services. Provide timely and accurate information on health services and programmes, and promote relevant health initiatives. Schedule appointments and manage payments in a fast-paced polyclinic environment. Support patients in navigating healthcare systems and resolving queries or issues. Qualifications GCE 'A'/ 'O'/ 'N' level or NITEC qualification. Good communication skills in English and a second language. Good team player with a passion for service excellence. Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Able to commit to work on weekdays and scheduled Saturdays. Openings are available in Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Kallang, Geylang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands, Yishun, Khatib, Sembawang and upcoming Serangoon polyclinics.
