**What is Polygon Labs?**

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

**Job Summary**

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- ** Technical Enablement**: Work closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators (SIs), and technology providers to design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions on the Polygon Network. Conduct technical workshops, deep dives, and architectural reviews to empower providers.
- ** Solution Co-Development**: Collaborate with providers to co-create innovative blockchain solutions that fully utilize the Polygon’s AggLayer capabilities. Ensure that provider solutions are optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Align provider solutions with Polygon’s strategic goals and initiatives. Identify and capitalize on joint go-to-market opportunities that amplify the impact of Polygon’s technology in the market.
- ** Builder and Provider Engagement**: Act as a trusted advisor to providers and builders, understanding their needs and translating them into successful blockchain solutions on Polygon. Support joint sales and marketing efforts with providers to drive ecosystem growth.
- ** Thought Leadership**: Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology and Polygon’s AggLayer. To share best practices and innovations and contribute to the community through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and public speaking engagements.
- ** Feedback Loop**: Serve as the voice of providers within Polygon Labs, providing feedback to the product teams to guide the development of new features and services that better meet the needs of our providers and the broader ecosystem.

**What you’ll need - Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role in the blockchain-related field such as Enablement, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, BD, and Sales
- Strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technology is required.
- Deep knowledge of the Web3 infrastructure stack and the key players in the space is required.
- Thought-leadership in public good infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
