**Opportunity**
As part of the Solutions PS Team, our charter is to ensure that vArmour Customers are realizing the full potential of our platform. vArmour Solutions Consultants are technical leaders, working with Customer Support and Engineering to ensure that Customer implementations are stable and performant; and, delivering advanced vArmour use cases supporting CloudOps, DevOps, and SecOps leveraging dedicated and/or expert resources from vArmour Professional Services.
Solutions Consultants report directly to the WW VP of Engineering and Services. Moreover, this role will partner closely with Sales, R&D, Support, Channel and Product Management to create value and enable exceptional customer experiences. Solutions Consultants are expected to own and drive value realization (initial and ongoing) as well as engage in value realization expansion projects, including but not limited to devops automation/integration with the vArmour platform and customer ecosystems.
**What You'll Do**
- Revenue generation through design, development, and/or deployment of advanced vArmour solutions.
- Validating and delivering on Value Realization Plan Projects for customers, partners and internal vArmour teams.
- Providing mentorship to vArmour junior staff.
- Education/Enablement services for customers and partners.
- Assist leadership in the development and improvement of customer success and professional services processes.
- Identify and deliver measurable customer value through the vArmour framework integration client facing SDKs and management interface.
- Support Sales and Sales Engineering on prospect calls, virtual meetings and onsite visits by providing product demonstrations, expertly responding to technical architecture questions, and explaining features from the Customer point of view
- Actively collaborate with R&D and Product Management to define and deliver value realization enhancements, resolve limitations or special customer requests.
- Triage, treat, and resolve integration challenges with the vArmour platform and customer’s ecosystem.
- Assist in RCA data collection and if needed tuning or patching of the vArmour platform.
**What You'll Bring**
- Solid Project Management
- Cisco networking and ACI
- VMware vSphere virtualization and virtual networking
- Basic Load balancing concepts
- NetFlow v9 and IPFIX
- Ability to read and understand tcpdumps/pcap
- Tanium, AWS, Azure a plus but not required
- Python scripting and strong knowledge of containerized platforms a plus
