**Key Responsibility in Operations Management and B2C System Management in Singapore**
- Design and implement operational strategies, plans and procedures to improve operational performance
- Align newly acquired EV Charging Company with TotalEnergies’ wider plans for the EV charging business in Singapore
- Ensure successful implementation and execution of EV charging network upgrading and development through effective Resource Management (e.g. manpower needs, time and inventory) and Stakeholders Management
- Ensure the smooth migration of EV Charging Company existing B2C platform to new platform (app and web-based) with various partners
- Oversee to ensure successful implementation of new B2C platform in collaboration with various cross-functional departments including:

- Design and implement reporting tools in the system to monitor network and operational efficiency
- Timely maintenance of system glitches and update of new functionalities post-implementation
- Identify system performance improvement opportunities
- Drive system improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency

**Contribute to Marketing and Customer Experience in the Singapore Market**
- Contribute to formulate, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for customer attraction and/or retention in coordination with the Marketing Team
- Assist to develop competitive pricing strategy and implement marketing campaigns
- Enhance customer experience by developing and reviewing customer care strategies
- Customer engagement and resolve escalated customers' issues

**Provide support to the growth of TotalEnergies EV charging business in Singapore**
- Contribute to develop EV Charging Company existing business in coordination with the Business Development Manager
- Cultivate contacts with potential business partners (e.g. real estate owners, fleet owners, electric mobility service providers, charge point operators, potential financial partners)
- Participate in business’ Long Term Plan (budgeting and forecasting) exercise
- Determine resourcing requirements and put in place systems for a self-sustaining business
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience and 3 years of team management
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes and IT systems
- Demonstrated the ability to lead a team to deliver results in a fast-pace and result-driven environment
- A team player with strong stakeholders and resource management skills to achieve results
- Ability to understand quickly the issues and challenges of the EV charging market in Singapore, and to find and analyze information about the market and the competitors
- Ability to work on multiple time and resource sensitive projects (business, valuation, legal, fiscal, financial and other aspects)
- Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking and planning
- Able to work well under pressure, autonomously, and multi-task effectively
