**Roles & Responsibilities**
We are offering the role of Human Resource and Administration Manager in our fast-growing professional services company.
- Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative operations of an enterprise or organisation
- Strategic HR planning - planning for the organisation's growth and implementing best HR practices
- Consulting with the chief executive and with managers of other departments or sections
- Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures
- Developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation
- Providing information and support for the preparation of management reports and papers
- Please note that this job opening is under the SGUnited Traineeship Programme_
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, sales support or similar functions
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Problem solving attitude
- Enjoys working in a team in a flat and open hierarchy
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
