Position Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR activities in the Singapore office and providing assistance in regional HR initiatives across APAC. The role covers HR operations, employee engagement, performance management support, recruitment coordination, and regional HR reporting, contributing to efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of HR activities, including employee lifecycle administration, benefits coordination, and HR records management.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement and welfare programmes such as team building, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
- Manage recruitment activities including interview screening for junior positions, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Coordinate and administer the performance appraisal cycle (data preparation, communications, scheduling).
- Track KPIs and collate performance data for reporting.
- Consolidate HR data and reports for Singapore and APAC offices, supporting compensation, benefits, and regional HR projects.
- Support compensation and benefits exercises through data collation and benchmarking.
- Assist in the harmonization of HR processes and policies across APAC offices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and digitalization initiatives
- ·Act as a point of contact for staff on HR-related queries and provide timely support.
- Support other HR initiatives and tasks as assigned to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and employee engagement.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations; regional HR exposure is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
