**About**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize the financial operations infrastructure of the company.
- Set up and manage proprietary fiat and crypto treasury capital and ensure asset diversification.
- Process fiat and crypto invoices, payments, and reimbursements promptly and accurately.
- Determine financial requirements for operations, including working capital, cash flow, and budget allocations for various departments.
- Manage and monitor departmental budgets, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct financial analyses, including estimating startup costs, operational expenses, and revenue projections.
- Prepare corporate and management financial statements to meet reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update the finance department’s SOPs to reflect current practices and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and support organizational goals.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing strategies for mitigation and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a foundation or startup environment.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury management and asset diversification strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain financial SOPs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Preferable experience in crypto payments.

**Role Location**:

- The role is remote, but strong preference for talent based in Europe or Asia.

**Reporting Lines**:

- This role will report to the Head of Operations.
