**Job Title**: Finance and Accountant Executive

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accountant Executive to join our fast-growing Paytech Startup Company.

**What to Expect**

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reports.
- Execute and manage all accounting operations in AP, AR, General Ledgers, etc
- Manage and reconcile financial data from diverse payment gateways, including Stripe, Checkout, and Wise.
- Analyze payment transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency with financial records.
- Summarize and categorize payment data in alignment with accounting principles and company policies.
- Develop periodic financial reports and reconciliation for management and HQ Finance
- Do a regular audit on financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Publish financial statements in time and perform month-end and year-end close process
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (eg: auditor, tax agent, banker, suppliers, cross-departmental staffs) to secure database information reliably
- Stay up to date with industry trends, rules and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles with a strong emphasis on payment gateway transactions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with the use of accounting programs - Xero
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
