CryptoQuant is looking for a Sales/Account Executive to join our team based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. CryptoQuant is a leading provider of blockchain data, analytics and related services. Break new ground, create exciting new data-driven products and research, and help shape the future of decentralized finance. **THE ROLE** CryptoQuant is looking for a sales/account executive with direct experience working with the largest banks, hedge funds, market makers and other "TradFi" firms and, preferably, DeFi or Web3 organizations also. Your goal will be to grow CryptoQuant’s enterprise and institutional business through a consultative, relationship-focused sales process. This will include conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations, demos and information sessions to prospective clients and the market more generally. Occasional travel, both locally and globally, will be required including attending conferences, workshops and other client engagements. **THE WORK** - Identify new accounts through prospecting and utilizing existing relationships to build streams of revenue within the TradFi and Web3 client verticals. - Take ownership of your sales segment by mapping out client organizations and territories and by building relationships with key contacts, focusing on decision-makers. - Work closely with sales engineers as well as CryptoQuant’s product, tech and research teams to close deals. - Contribute to CryptoQuant’s go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns and the product-sales feedback loop by uncovering new sales opportunities, partnerships and integrations. - Meet and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis. Be responsible for managing sales flow within the CRM and reporting sales activities to the Head of Business Development and leadership team. **THE CANDIDATE** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in an enterprise sales or business development role at a leading financial, software, technology or web3 organization. - A passion for digital assets, and relevant experience, is required. - Fintech and/or SaaS experience is highly preferred. - Proven experience generating revenue, exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with large institutional clients, within the technology, traditional finance and/or web3 space. - Ability to understand and synthesize complex client requirements, and sell integrated and highly-structured solutions to a variety of client types within traditional finance and web3. - A hunter-mentality with a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business deals, along with outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills to C-level executives. - Ability to target decision-makers and scale a pipeline from Day 1. - Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%. - Based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
