**Senior Finance Admin**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance and Accounting professional to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Capable of handling the full payroll and claims cycle.
- Must be familiar with Spore CPF and IRAS portal.
- Quickbooks proficiency.
- Prepare and process customers’ and suppliers’ invoices.
- Must have certain familiarity in working with PayPal.
- Responsible for monitoring Accounts Receivables.
- Update daily cashflow reports.
- Manage profit and loss, balance sheet.
- Contribute to audits.
- Should be familiar with accounting and finances laws and practices on Singapore,

Malaysia and Philippines.
- Take care of tax-related matters.

**AD-HOC TASKS**:

- Assist other departments on administrative tasks when and if necessary.
- Assist in tender preparations and submission when necessary.
- Assist in external trainee recruitments and submit reimbursements where necessary.

**Job Skill and qualifications**:

- Ideally have at least 10 years of previous experience in the field.
- Must be completely familiar and comfortable working with Excel and sheets, and Office in general.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Good and above average oral and written communications skills, ability to articulate, comprehend and express oneself in English, both oral and written.
