**Responsibilities**:

- Compliance with relevant MAS and SGX regulatory requirements from Finance perspective;
- Timely submission of MAS and SGX regulatory returns as CMSL holder and SGX member;
- Tax matters such as corporate tax, GST and WHT;
- External and internal auditors
- Management information, budgeting and financial statements production;
- Strengthen the internal control processes of Singapore Finance Department and provide guidance on proper accounting and regulatory capital treatment;
- Participate in change agenda and new business initiatives as directed by local and Group management;
- Assist in business partnering to provide advice from accounting, tax and regulatory capital perspective;
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with professional accreditation such as CPA;
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience;
- Team lead experience in Securities and/or Financial Institutions with sound understanding of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial products;
