- Manage the inventory for stationery, pantry supplies, uniforms, chemical and PPE. Place order when necessary
- Ensure clean and tidy of front desk area, conference room and storeroom
- Provide support in daily operation activities and general office administration
- Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm)
- There are daily two ways company transportation from Jurong East MRT

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O/N' level.
- Meticulous, highly motivated and well organized
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
