We are looking to employ an organized and efficient Operations and Admin Executive to streamline our operations and contribute to the excellent service we are known for.
The Operations and Admin Executive will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless administrative functioning. This role involves a mix of operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient and profitable business operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily operational activities including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Liaise with drivers and other staff for efficient and timely service executions.
- Manage administrative tasks including handling inquiries, billing, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and fulfil client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of operational and administrative data.
- Prepare regular reports on operations and activities for management review.
