**What the role is**

We are looking for a Head, Human Resource Department to lead a dynamic team in ACRA that plays a key enabling role in organisation transformation.

**What you will be working on**
- You will lead and manage the HR Department and play a key role in enhancing organisation capabilities and building a highly competent and resilient workforce that is aligned with ACRA’s strategic direction.
- You will plan, design, implement, and review strategies, policies, and processes to attract, motivate, develop, and retain high performing and engaged people who are committed to achieving organisation’s goals.
- You are a strategic partner to the line departments and provide them with professional HR guidance and support.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 12 years of experience in managing HR functions;
- At least 6 years in supervisory/management position.
- Possess strong leadership skills, strategic, resourceful with the acumen to adapt in a fast-changing and dynamic environment; and
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
Key Competencies:

- HR Policies, Processes & Legislation: The ability to design, translate, and implement policies and processes that are employee-centric while taking into consideration organisational needs, relevant legislations, and industry best practices.
- HR Business Partnership: The ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisation’s goals.
- Organisation Design: The ability to review the organisation structure, job scopes, responsibilities, tasks and competencies to ensure that HR policies and directions stay relevant and robust.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: The ability to plan for future workforce capacity and capability to achieve organisation goals. This includes the ability to proactively identify and manage the impact of workforce risks to the organisation.
- Data Analytics and Insights: The ability to use data and analytics across a range of HR functions to generate insights for forward planning.
