**About the role**
CGS-CIMB Securities International Pte. Ltd is one of the leading integrated financial service providers in Asia. As the Head of Human Resources, the successful incumbent will play a strategic role in both the formulation and implementation of purposeful HR Initiatives with the aim of furthering the Company’s journey towards becoming an Employer of Choice.
**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will:
a) Work with the Senior Leadership team to determine the strategies related to HR matters, including but not limited to talent attraction, retention, training, and engagement.
b) Play the role of a strategic business partner to advice and provide practical solutions to management regarding HR matters such as manpower planning, staff exits, performance management and others.
c) Drive the Company’s talent management thrust via succession planning, leadership development, talent identification and training needs analysis.
d) Spearhead initiatives to embed the Company’s culture and values throughout the organization. Working with appointed Culture Champions, the HR Head’s remit is to promote the adoption and display of the Company’s values in all staff.
e) Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with all statutory regulations and requirements.
**Job Requirements**
To thrive in the role, the incumbent should have / be:
a) A demonstrated track record in managing HR departments, coupled with specific experiences in driving successful HR agendas and strategic initiatives.
b) Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resource, of which at least 5 years are in senior management / leadership capacity.
c) A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
d) Both a strategic thinker as well as have the ability to dive into details where needed.
e) Excellent communication and business writing skills.
f) Enjoy working in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
