JOB SCOPE
Human Resource Administrator is responsible for the processing of the full cycle of the payroll computation on a monthly basis. The Administrator also assist in the processing of all benefits and claims.
Human Resource Administrator reports directly to the Head of Human Resource.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Verify the attendance according to the Roster and to identify the lateness hours to be deducted.
2. Process the night shift allowance and room incentive payment.
3. Prepare the payroll summary for the reviewing by the Accounts Department.
4. Download the bankfile from the bank for GIRO crediting.
5. Assist in the processing of Outstanding Employee providers and 2nd Tier payment.
6. Assist in job posting and shortlisting of applicants.
7. Liaise with Department Heads for the arrangement of interview sessions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess a degree in Human Capital Management from a local university or foreign universities.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Able to work independently and as a team.
4. Able to commence employment within a short period of time.
5. Well versed in the Employment Act and other local legislations.
