**About the role**:
This role will lead the People & Talent team supporting the offices across Southeast Asia (SEA).
This position’s key responsibility:
- Manages employee full lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including letter preparation, work pass management and system maintenance
- Monitors timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes and leave records)
- Internal Communications
- Employee Relations
- Company’s Payroll / Basic Bookkeeping (Training Provided)
- Administration (e.g. colleagues’ flight scheduling, calendar management and expense management)
- Includes other ad-hoc duties assigned as necessary
**What we are looking for**:
A passionate individual with an interest in HR and has at least 1 year of HR and administrative experience.
This position will commensurate with experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
