**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff coordination.
- Support finance functions, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Provide general support to management and team members.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
