PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused **consultancy firm**, which has a singular aim to help SMEs all over the world, to **fast track** their companies’ growth leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanism. Through our deep understanding of the pain points of SMEs, we tailor-make each and every of our program to hand hold aspiring SMEs to prepare them for their exciting corporatization journey toward public listing **(IPO)** and beyond. **CRITERIONS**

l Drive the company’s financial planning

l Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

l Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

l Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure

l Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations

l Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

l Manage vendor relationships

l Excellent computer skills on MS Office

l Ability to multi-task

l Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

l Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

l Good time-management skills

l Passionate in helping SMEs

l Team player

**COMPETENCIES**

l At least 5 years’ experience in the finance industry and proven experience or relevant role

l Preferably have experience to walk through the listing of a company / IPO process before

l In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

l Ability to strategize and solve problems

l Strong leadership and organizational skills

l Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.

l An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

l Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

l Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Xero)

l Strong sense of work commitment and responsibility.

l CPA/ CA is a strong advantage

l BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA or CPA is a highly desirable

l Able to communicate in Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters

l Ability to work independently and a high performance-orientation

l Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
