**Responsibilities**
- Assist in handling full set of accounts; monthly to produce balance sheet, budget and expenditure
- Maintenance and upkeep of financial records for auditing purpose
- Generating daily and monthly reports on KPIs
- Submission of reports pertaining to absenteeism and leave requests
- Assist in tracking staff suggestions and complaints
- Checking of reports to ensure accurate rates being calculated
- Prepare work specification, BQ and variation claims

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Diploma in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent is a plus
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Confident in communication skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task and manage work priorities

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
