Remote, Singapore The Software Practice Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Work with our Head of Sales to attract new clients and win bids by helping prepare proposals, prepare and deliver pitches and manage relationships.
- Work with sales and business team to understand user requirements, business processes and needs. Analyse and synthesise business requirements, and conceptualise and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conceptualize business processes and present it visually using workflow diagrams and slide decks to effectively communicate (visually) complex ideas and concepts
- Support business and project teams in preparing proposals (RfPs) and pitch decks

Secondary responsibilities would include
- Maintaining client relationships by being involved in project execution.
**Requirements**:

Ability to understand, grasp and communicate complex ideas effectively
- A bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record or outstanding records of prior professional or personal achievement
- Meticulous and detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for analysis
- Ability to work effectively with people at different levels in an organisation
Excellent writing skills

The following would be a “plus”
- Technical writing experience is a plus
- Design experience is a plus
- Experience with process modelling tools as well as project management tools is a plus
