We produce events like the Stable Summit and Blockchain Oracle Summit, which attract the top minds and protocols in the global stablecoin and blockchain ecosystem. Our team works across continents — from Singapore and Europe to LATAM and the U.S. — to advance the adoption of DeFi and help build a more open financial system.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Business Development Assistant to support our CEO in the day-to-day execution of our global BD goals. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives on structure, is obsessively organized, and can act as an accountability partner to a busy founder with many moving pieces.

You'll accompany the CEO to BD meetings, take detailed notes, collect action items, ensure follow-through, and maintain the systems that keep our business development pipeline running on time. While this is an entry point, it has the potential to grow into a strategic role such as Business Development Executive or Chief of Staff, depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend BD meetings with the CEO and document all decisions, deliverables, and action items clearly

  • Follow up on next steps with internal and external stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM with contact records, deal flows, and meeting history

  • Help prepare for meetings by collecting relevant background information on potential partners and sponsors

  • Keep the BD calendar and task board aligned, nudging team members and the CEO as needed to stay on track

  • Support proposal writing, pitch follow-ups, and coordination with the production team

  • CRM Wizardry: You know your way around HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or another CRM — or you learn fast and enjoy keeping a pipeline spotless

  • Ownership Mentality: You see what needs to happen, and you take initiative to make it real without waiting to be asked

  • Communication Clarity: You're concise, direct, and diplomatic — equally comfortable chasing a deadline or summarizing a complex call into crisp notes

  • Tech Fluency: You're confident with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Slack, and project management tools like

  • Mission Fit: You either love the ethos of decentralization and the idea of reimagining global finance — or you're hungry to learn and be around people who do

This role can evolve into one with significant ownership over high-stakes workstreams, international client engagement, and strategic operations.
