Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Must have an experience as a Business Development in recruitment companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with business development strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
