We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Freelance Business Development Executive** to join our team and help us expand our client base in the Asia region. This role offers a **significant commissions-based remuneration** for every client acquired, making it an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment, while having the option to fully work remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries, focusing on branding, design, and creative service specifically for China, Taiwan and Singapore.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- Conduct presentations and pitches tailored to client needs, showcasing Team Creatif Asia’s capabilities and expertise.
- Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and alignment with project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Language**: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- **Location**: Based in Singapore or Malaysia, with knowledge of the local market and business landscape.
- 1-3 years proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in branding, advertising, or creative services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Flexibility to work as a freelancer with a performance-based compensation model.

**Compensation**:

- Small base salary to cover essentials.
