Provide full documentation support to sales team
- Full order management responsibility
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implementation of systems and solutions to improve work proceess
- Respond to customers' requests and queries in a timely and effective manner.
- A diploma in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years experience.
- A positive team player with 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to assist in different areas of the business.
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems. SAP is preferable.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Ability to work in a team environment
