Customer IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer IT Support Specialist**to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for software-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customers have a seamless experience using the products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software installations, configurations, and usability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing software features and updates effectively.
- Collaborate with the teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents for customer self-service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency with software troubleshooting and support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
