As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for customer order fulfilment, processes implementation and execution in order to achieve target levels of on time delivery to divisions, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Order and Fulfilment Manager, you will be providing internal and external customer support (e.g., order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfactions.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring proper order processing with accurate price quoted by pricing managers
- Ensuring on time delivery of goods to local divisions as well as identify and follow up closely on issues related to customer’s orders
- Proactively informing local divisions about orders issues status and ensure timely resolution of customer issues (e.g., order fulfillment and payment) by coordinating with local division, planning and fulfillment, controlling, and other internal and/or external teams
- Recommending appropriate solution for requests by local divisions, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, invoice) is in place
- Implementing and maintaining the order and fulfillment processes. Participating in order and fulfillment related development projects (e.g., tools, competences, resources)
**Your background**:
- Degree with Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar role(s)
- Demonstrate working knowledge of supply chain/order fulfillment/Import/export business processes, experience in SAP
- Knowledge/ Aptitude for interface messages between systems will be an advantage
- Ability to resolve issues independently
