Our Professional Services team supports our customers through a collaborative approach so that we can achieve successful outcomes for them and growth for all, and we are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator (FTC - 6 months) to join the team in Singapore.

The role of the Project Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of the project office and be responsible for general administration for the NTU programme duration. You will assist the Programme Director to implement PMO procedures during the project life cycle and monitor project performance.

It will be your responsibility to Support the Programme Director in key activities including:
Prepare management report and status report
Maintain and update budget information based on Project team tracking and extract budget reports for management and status reports
Undertake analysis of budgets to track monthly spend and highlight overruns
Minute taking and issue of minutes for governance meetings
Maintain PMO artefacts such as Change Management logs, Risks and Issues Register
To enforce sign offs between all stakeholders at sign off gated check points
On-boarding of new project team members to the project

What can you bring to the role?

You should be a highly effective communicator who has strong verbal and written communication abilities. You will be a natural organiser who excels when working against project deadlines.

Prior experience working in a PMO is highly beneficial, and you must be proficient with tasks such as budget reporting, capturing minutes for formal meetings, and facilitating the collaboration of multiple stakeholders.
