We’ve worked with both established enterprises and SMEs on projects often aligned with local digitalization initiatives. Our team includes **certified consultants** experienced in business strategy and digital transformation enabling clients to better understand and navigate available support schemes.
**Role Overview**
You will be responsible for project scoping, resource planning, financial tracking, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution excellence across cross-functional and regional teams.
**Key Responsibilities1. Project Leadership & Delivery Execution**
- Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
- Drive project delivery across multiple concurrent IT/digital projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
- Oversee project documentation including requirements, user stories, timelines, change logs, and risk registers using PM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
**2. Pre-Sales & Financial Planning**
- Collaborate with account managers during the pre-sales phase to define scope, estimate effort, and prepare project plans and costings.
- Engage directly with the finance team to create and review quotations, pricing models, and change request documentation.
- Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and client pitch materials with detailed project execution strategies.
**3. Post-Sales Execution & Invoicing**
- Work with finance and delivery teams to ensure all project milestones are tracked and invoiced according to schedule.
- Monitor project financials including budget burn, resource costs, and change request revenue.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with clients for payment collection and milestone acknowledgment.
**4. Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.
- Lead project update calls, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide consultative input and suggest improvements to client systems and processes as part of post-sales engagement and long-term relationship building.
- Navigate cultural, regulatory, and business nuances across Southeast Asia to tailor delivery models and client engagement strategies.
**5. Resource & Team Coordination**
- Define project resourcing needs and manage allocation across regional and outsourced teams.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Support HR in onboarding regional team members and contractors as required by project scope.
**6. Process Improvement & Governance**
- Implement and refine project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and SOPs suited for regional operations.
- Track key delivery metrics (KPIs, milestone progress, team velocity) and proactively report to leadership and clients.
- Identify delivery inefficiencies and champion process enhancements across teams.
**7. Risk & Change Management**
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies with a proactive mitigation approach.
- Lead change request reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation, cost evaluation, and scope control.
- Maintain a structured change control process aligned with contractual and commercial obligations.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in pre-sales solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Solid knowledge of project budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level and regional teams.
- Experience in digital, SaaS, mobile apps and Business systems such as AI. Chatbot
**Technical & Professional Skills**
- Experience using project management tools
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
