Job Title: Project Manager I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager I to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
