ENCE Marketing Group is seeking proactive, and dynamic people of influence to join us as we expand our business in Singapore and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful person to oversee and manage the client projects for the group and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing client and operational management matters
- Securing and co-ordinating with suitable vendors/partners for client projects
- Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
- Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to
- Working with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event (if necessary)
- Liaison for artworks and marketing materials for the clients you handle
- Post-event and marketing evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

**Requirements**:

- Project management/event management experience of 3-5 years
- Good spoken and written English
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Independence and ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels
