**Key responsibilities**:

- Development of an understanding of the Client’s requirements and their business and the development of marketing strategies and plans that will further enhance the Client’s business
- Conceptualisation and creation of proposals for clients and presentation to clients for their acceptance
- Management and development of meaningful and fulfilling relationships with clients and vendors for the continued goodwill development of the Company
- Managing client accounts by assessing and fulfilling client expectations and needs
- Motivating and activating colleagues and partners to ensure fulfilment of tasks in a timely manner
- Follow up and liaison with clients, partners and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and you receive the satisfaction of delivering great work in time
- Reporting to senior management with timely reports and analytical information for ongoing improvements towards excellence

**Requirements**:

- Basic degree in any discipline (Business/communications preferred)
- EXCELLENT spoken and written English, intermediate Mandarin a plus
- At least 8 years of working experience (agency work experience preferred)
- A passion to help businesses grow through excellent marketing
- A natural curiosity
- High aptitude and desire for learning
- Meticulousness and perfectionist tendencies
- Independence, yet ability to work in a team environment
- Strong drive and ability to work at a fast pace and be result-oriented
- Initiative and desire to value add to people and their business
- Pleasant personality and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
- Resourcefulness
- Ability to co-ordinate and lead a team to manage projects and see them to fulfilment
