A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field.
- Experience in building, innovating and improving processes and/or processing equipment in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in fast-paced industrial, logistics or production/manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish standards for supply chain, product fulfillment, and dispatching.
- Performing process analysis, design and improvement initiatives.
- Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes.
- Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities.

- MBA, MS or MEng (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent)
- Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
- Certified OE Black Belt or Green Belt
- Advanced data analysis skills and an expert in using supporting tools e.g. Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, MS Access, SQL
- Knowledge and ability to use standard design and development tools e.g. AutoCAD, MS Visio
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional team
