**Portfolio Ops & SOP Excellence Lead**

Portfolio Ops & SOP Excellence Lead is responsible for implementing new S&OP blue print comprising of both CP & Seed and Traits, ensuring S&OP processes rely on data driven decisions, maximizing results on short and long term. For S&OP process, act as the center of expertise, service and connection between different stakeholders, ensuring the availability of products in the adequate timing, while ensuring the achievement of local and global KPIs for this area.

**YOUR TASKS AND **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement the new S&OP blue print in the cluster countries and ensure that new S&OP process is run smoothly
- Act as a team with asset managers to Drive Sales & Operation Planning process to optimize working capital and product availability by consolidating country sales forecasts, quality check data, align projections with financial plans/goals and ensure product availability to meet aligned forecast
- Drive Regional Sales Review both CP & Seed and Traits & Implement S&OP
- Score core card monitor S&OP KPIs, do deviation tracking and take actions appropriately in collaboration with stake holder to manage the KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer marketing heads of Cluster countries in managing S&OP KPIs, product availabilities and achieve S&OP excellence
- Monitor Forecasting Accuracy of Key countries, deviation analysis and guide the countries in achieve the FCA
- Collaborate with Customer marketing, Regional Assets and Marketing team to Plan and Monitor the Regional events and ensure the product availability based on the events
- Responsible for defining the Key SPGs for each cluster countries and ensure Article streaming to minimize the complexity in the portfolio
- Create a CoE in data management, to ensure best decisions in S&OP topics. In this area, the team will support the asset managers, for specific Country/Cluster topics.
- Collaborate with various stake holder in preparation of annual financial Budget and provide management support to leadership team.
- Track & Monitor revenue and cost synergies both at the Regional & Cluster country level

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree, preferably in Supply chain operations
- Sound knowledge of both CP and Seeds Supply chain planning and operations
- Demonstrate customer centricity in achieving S&OP Excellence
- Leading/influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the global and country level on business decisions
- Managing and collaborating in a matrix organization requiring experience interfacing with global organization
