The Content-Led Wealth Management tribe (CLWM) defines and delivers advanced advisory and portfolio management initiatives, bringing great value to Clients and to our Front Office teams. We are part of the Product team (PMG) and work in close partnership with business stakeholders and the technology teams.

We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) for the Portfolio Management system.

The role holder owns key transformation initiatives impacting portfolio management capabilities, in partnership with the technology team. He/she ensures that overall project delivery is effectively managed within defined and agreed service level to drive and support business needs. The PO owns the current use cases for the TAP system within the BoS ecosystem, ensuring that the system is robust in supporting the overall business and the risks are managed accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of Temenos Triple A plus, with sound understanding of Portfolio Valuation, Performance and Discretionary Portfolio Management.
- Agile project management practice as a Product Owner and experience in the Scrum framework
- Understanding of related Ops processes and risk/regulatory framework

Following the Agile methodology, the PO is responsible for the product vision and roadmap, works with squads and project teams to ensure timely delivery. The PO is a persistent role that goes beyond an individual project.
- Owns the Product Backlog and works with users (e.g. through customer journeys) to capture and prioritize the features and user stories expected of the product.
- Manage dependencies with internal teams and external vendors (as required) to jointly deliver the aspirations of portfolio management within scope, timeline and budget.
- Work closely with the Product Sponsor, Engage cross-functional stakeholders and users to ensure the released developments meet the user needs (including User Experience) and supports the business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced client experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that project deliverables achieve synergy with business processes, which includes re-defining business process and driving the Target Operating Model design, where applicable (requires partnership with cross-functional teams)
- Support other related projects, including the handover of discretionary portfolio management capabilities from Triple A Plus to Blackrock Aladdin.
- As a system owner: drive the strategic agenda and system optimization for the entire organization. Ensure Triple A Plus is used and developed according to a sound and cost effective business logic providing the best outcome to our clients
- Provide regular updates to management on platform status and ongoing initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Degree, master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer science or Technology
- Possession of MBA degree, CFA, project management, Scrum and relevant certifications or qualification are advantageous.
- Temenos Wealth certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional technology-related projects in banking. Leadership quality is a plus.
- Expertise with Temenos Triple A Plus is required, and strong knowledge of the T24/TAP integration is a clear advantage
- Exposure to Blackrock Aladdin an advantage
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Extensive project management experience which includes definition and implementation of portfolio management initiatives for financial services organization preferably a private bank
- A driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possesses strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Robust stakeholder management skills and good interpersonal skills. Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority.
