About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that drive business value. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders. Understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals to shape product decisions. Collaborate with business leaders to align product initiatives with company objectives. Backlog Management Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with business priorities. Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Ensure development teams understand what needs to be built and why. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to deliver product features on time. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Execution & Delivery Monitor product performance and user adoption; identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions and prioritize enhancements based on impact. Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and business requirements. Stakeholder Management Communicate progress, risks, and updates to internal stakeholders. Gather feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to guide future development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in (industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce). Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PSPO). Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Experience with user research, UX/UI collaboration, or data analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
