**About the department**
The Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) department successfully established an effective, secure, and compliant cloud infrastructure, running on both AWS and Azure in a global setup. The department has 15 highly skilled Cloud Advisors, Senior Software Engineers, and Automation Professionals. The current agile teams are global and consist of team members from the USA, Denmark, and India. All teams work closely with numerous business stakeholders and colleagues in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT). The team is engaged, ambitious, and supportive of each other and consists of diverse people with a team culture where a humoristic mindset is valued.- The new APAC Cloud Product team will be covering both Cloud enablement in China and APAC region. The team will be in charge of providing cloud advisory and be hands-on involved in relevant PoC cloud projects across APAC region. Also, in charge of developing and operating the China Landing zones for Azure and AWS including Account/subscription vending, Security and compliance Guardrails, Identity and Access management, Integration to Global Landing zones and connectivity to on-prem systems, operations of the platforms, and Vendor Relationship Management with AWS/MS China. The main objective is to provide our lines of business with a secure and responsive platform for them to build on amazing solutions.
- This role will report to the People Leader of Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure - Cross EMEA.**The position**
This position will be one out of six Product Owners within Cloud Infrastructure area and will collaborate closely with colleagues from Global Information Security and Compliance to continually improve the security posture and qualification of all Azure and AWS workloads. In the agile setting, you will also collaborate with the Area Responsible VP, the Product Manager for Cloud, The People Leaders, and other Product Owners in Cloud Infrastructure and across DD&IT. You will lead and establish a team of talented individuals based in Singapore and China and will require some business travel. Additionally, you are expected to stay ahead on industry trends and assess new products, services, and technologies, as well as evaluate the feasibility of concepts and services from the global platform teams.- Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Prioritizing product deliverables in alignment with the Global Cloud Product Manager and the cloud product area working out of Denmark.
- Driving the dialogue with key stakeholders in the APAC region to understand new needs and requirements, as well as inspiring the business to utilize the cloud products and services.
- Help accelerate the cloud transformation in APAC region which encompasses the full value chain from research and development to manufacturing and commercial areas.
- Guide cloud solutions for regulated environments, deliver new solutions in Novo Nordisk's Asia-Pacific region, and collaborate globally to drive innovation.
- Solving ad-hoc technical challenges together with end-users and assigned teams throughout the organization.
- Communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders in a comprehensible manner, sometimes to a technical audience and other times to a business audience.
- Prioritizing development needs and ensuring progress with Cloud Engineers in China. Following up on changes and advising on systems that are run in China.

**Qualifications**
- Must have an IT-related education, at BSc level or higher, and/or several years of relevant professional experience within IT development or architecture.
- Must have 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud and/or AWS Cloud in a large, global organization or maybe as a consultant.
- Experience as Product Owner is preferred.
- Experience from regulated industries including pharmaceutical area operating in the APAC region and experience with China’s data protection laws and regulations are considered a distinct plus.
- Highly motivated individual by challenging assignments, can absorb new knowledge quickly, and always open for developing new competencies. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
