**The role we are hiring for**
We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Programs & Operational Excellence Management **who will work together with our business team and medical services team to plan and operationalize projects assigned to the team.
Prior experiences in healthcare administration is a must. You are passionate about driving new projects and bringing to reality new ideas.
This role reports directly to the Vice President, Medical Services (Singapore).
A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Program Management : Identify new business opportunities through data, lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare based strategic programs across various divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of program components and alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor program performance and milestones, making data-driven decisions to drive successful outcomes. Propose and manage the budget assigned with cost-efficiency in mind.
- Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements across divisions / departments and develop strategies to optimize processes. Implement Lean or other methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Management: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators related to cost efficiency and program delivery metrics. Analyze KPI data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Implement action plans to address gaps and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the team on programs and initiatives at hand. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their growth and success within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong healthcare operational knowledge is a must.
- Proven experience in program management and productivity improvement roles. Must have least handled at least 1 program of certain complexities with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analytics, including the ability to collect, analyze, and derive insights from historical data. Experience using analytical software is advantageous.
- Sound improvement and change mindset, with a passion for driving operational excellence and implementing positive change within the division.
- Certifications or good understanding in Lean concept, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Total Quality Management (TQM) or Project Management Institute (PMI) are preferred.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to implement operational changes that improve cost efficiency and streamline operations.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and support various departments in their improvement journeys.
- Sensitivity to numbers and strong financial management skills, with the ability to monitor the profit and loss of various departments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Keen to adopt innovative solutions to optimize existing workflows and processes

- Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
