Neptune Global Logistics is a leading and successful logistic company with overseas presence. We are now seeking for an experienced Sales & Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member, the Sales & Operation officer will be responsible for both indoor sales support and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain professionalism, customer sales records and establish trade networking.
- Process bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines with other logistic partner in a timely manner.
- Be the key of communications with internal and external parties and control through all phases of shipment.
- Ensure compliance of SOPs and import/export regulations.
- Coordinate with hauler, carrier and warehouse for clearance of shipments and liaison with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Perform other related duties as required by the operations departments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 2-3 year experience of work
- Positive working attitude and strong work ethic
- Organized and meticulous to details
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate ability of client prospecting, negotiation, closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Resourceful, good planning skills and a problem solver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build success relationships with clients that enhance operations and profitable revenues
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, and ability to work with internal and external partners
- Solid organizational and IT skills, particularly MS Office

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
