We are seeking a Customer Service and Operations Executive to join our team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service while maintaining efficient operational workflows.
JOB OUTLOOK
The Customer Service and Operations Executive will be responsible to assist our team to execute daily operations ensuring a positive customer experience maintaining company standards.
Job functions:
- Maintain regular contact with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely import, export and local deliveries.
- Prepare full set of shipping and delivery documents.
- Track orders, lead times, delivery dates.
- Assist with stock admin related matters
- Gather customer feedback and suggestions.
- Collaborate to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
