- Assist the company in a few various current or upcoming projects.
- Maintain all platforms together with the Manager and complete most of the relevant tasks for the company.
- Required to take instructions and orders from the Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Perform a variety of ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Relevant customer service working experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills and quick thinking skills.
- Being able to work independently and also cooperate with the team.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken **English** and **Chinese**:
- Other information:
- 5 1/2days work week
- Monday - Friday : 9am - 6:00 pm
- Sat - 9am - 1pm
- Working location: Central
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
